1. Services

Ticket911.ca provides legal services for the contestation of traffic tickets and related legal matters in Quebec, Ontario, and New York. Our services are provided by licensed lawyers admitted to practice in their respective jurisdictions.

2. AI Technology Disclaimer

Important Notice

Our AI ticket analysis tool provides preliminary assessments only. All AI-generated analyses, scores, and recommendations are reviewed and validated by a licensed lawyer before any legal action is taken. The AI contestation score is an estimate and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

3. Fees & Payment

All fees are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes are added based on your jurisdiction:

  • Quebec: GST (5%) + QST (9.975%)
  • Ontario: HST (13%)
  • New York: NY Sales Tax (8.875% NYC)

Payment is due upon acceptance of services. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Interac e-Transfer (Canada), and bank transfers (US).

4. Money-Back Guarantee

Our Guarantee

If we are unable to improve the outcome of your traffic ticket, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. This guarantee applies to standard traffic ticket packages only and excludes:

  • Trial fees and court costs
  • Criminal matters (DUI, impaired driving)
  • Motions and appeals
  • Cases where the client fails to provide necessary information or documentation

5. Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your traffic ticket
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Sign the mandate and any required legal documents
  • Inform us of any changes to your court date or ticket status
  • Not take independent legal action on the same ticket without informing us

6. Electronic Signatures

By signing documents electronically through our platform, you acknowledge that electronic signatures are legally binding under:

  • Quebec: Loi concernant le cadre juridique des technologies de l'information (LCCJTI)
  • Ontario: Electronic Commerce Act, 2000
  • New York: Electronic Signatures and Records Act (ESRA)

7. Limitation of Liability

Ticket911.ca and its lawyers will exercise professional diligence in handling your case. However, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome. The legal system involves variables beyond our control, including but not limited to judge's discretion, witness availability, and changes in law.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service:

  • Before work begins: Full refund minus $100 admin fee
  • After AI analysis but before court filing: 50% refund
  • After court filing: No refund (work completed)

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, regardless of your location. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Quebec, judicial district of Montreal.
